Worse than the rumors - Software Engineer Zeekr Employee Review

Horrible leadership at every level. Low level: Extreme micromanagement, no vision, no accountability, bullying, belittling, Boss says one thing and does another. Hires people who know a lot but disregards their knowledge. Consultants find out if their contract will be renewed 1 week prior (it mostly doesn't). Turnover is a revolving door of burned out people. High level: China makes requests and then proceeds to ignore Sweden's suggestions. Nearly ignorant of Sweden's existence. Don't work here if you value your sanity. There are worse things than unemployment in life.
