Great founding team in hot cybersecurity industry - Advisor/Angel Investor Zeguro Employee Review

I couldn't have asked for a better place to be. It felt like home right from the on-site interview. They have created such an inviting and comfortable environment with the focus on employees as much as on clients. Even though it's a startup, they try to keep work-life balance. You are surrounded by an amazing group of smart dedicated employees. Given the size, any team member can have a tremendous impact.

I have been here for less than a month, no cons yet.

- This team's all about "we", not "me". It's equal parts sharing your experience to help your colleagues learn, and making sure your fellow team members have what they need to succeed. Everybody shares credit, and everybody's focused on making the whole team successful. - Diversity is a given, not an afterthought. You'll be challenged to grow and bring your best every day, and you can count on your colleagues to do the same. - We know how to have fun once the work gets done. No startup is easy to work at, but it's much easier when you have fun both in and out of the office.

- As of 9/2018, this is a very small startup. If you're looking for a simple 9-to-5, this isn't it. - Given the nature of early stage startups, this is a very dynamic environment, What you work on today may be interrupted by a higher priority item tomorrow, so flexibility is an absolute must.
