Extremely poor management!! The supervisors are more interested in covering their posteriors with the OSD than helping to resolve issues / concerns with their people in the field that are actually doing all the work. Never ever expect to have any home office support!! Always expect that you will be blamed if anything goes wrong (especially if the home office provides you with the wrong information / direction).
