The main reason I quit was because they hiked the commission quota up by 42% in a dry period, this would leave only about 5 people out of 30 making commission, which is either cruel or completely ignorant of the situation. Lack of viable leads, when the company doesn't provide the leads needed for sales they feel the need to push the employees harder, of course having barely any viable leads there is really nothing that can be done. No consideration for peoples schedules. I was on a late shift on Mondays through Thursdays but I had to get up 2 hours earlier for Fridays. Extremely focused on call counts over sales, you will be expected to make 60 calls a day, when they should be focused on how many sales you make a day. On another note, company pretty much only does outside hires. Very little room for growth.
