Pros
Amazing friendships were built with the group I was hired with, great location for restaurants and new places to explore on your lunch break.
Cons
There's a long list!! Honestly, if you have 6 months to wait to truly make GOOD money, this might be a good fit for you. The training and hands on time from the managers is beyond inconsistent. You will hands down work the same jobs as some of your coworkers in the office, often competing with them to fill a job that only has 1 slot open. You will struggle just to hit 40 hours each week your first 30 days, even at $19/hr, 90% of the paychecks were around $700-800 bi-weekly. They also drag their feet when it comes to you finding candidates you try to submit to them for interviews, which is how you make your commission! Honestly there is so much more I can list but the point i'm getting at is, know what you're getting into before you try to come work here as a recruiter. This is a company that didn't care to implement a healthy work culture, no company values they actually stick by, doesn't value the office having a team minded culture, they only care about you producing or finding candidates and then closing deals for you so it's not even your prospect hired if they close the deal.
