Pros

As in many places poorly managed, people who work with you are amazing and you develop strong connections.

Cons

To be very clear: the positive reviews here do not reflect the reality of working at this company. It is quite obvious that many of them are written or influenced internally rather than by actual employee experience. Since the acquisition by PSG, the company has become extremely disorganized. There is no clear strategy, no long-term vision, and leadership appears completely out of depth. Decisions are reactive, short-term, and driven by revenue pressure rather than product quality or customer satisfaction. The product itself is unreliable, onboarding is poor, and support structures are almost nonexistent. Teams operate in constant confusion, with unclear roles and expectations. People often do not understand what they are supposed to be doing, and there is no proper guidance. There is no real opportunity for growth or development. Talent is not valued or nurtured, and high performers are often ignored rather than recognized. People also don’t last long. Many employees either burn out due to unrealistic expectations and lack of support, or become so demotivated that they leave within a few months. It’s a revolving door of talent, which says a lot about the internal environment. Management quality is inconsistent at best. Many managers are overwhelmed, unsupported, or simply not equipped to lead, which results in burnout and disengaged teams. Communication is poor, and there is little transparency around where the company is going. Overall, it feels like a company focused purely on short-term financial results, with little regard for employees, customers, or long-term success.
