Pros
Thanks for pretending to be on the edge of something great. Did it feel good to try and positively review yourself instead of actually deal with the problems? I wasn't a 12 year old kid that could be blinded by shiny things and toys to forget that mommy and daddy are divorcing.
Cons
Was never surprised that Zendo would crash and burn. The con to me is that they lost a lot of valuable people that could have helped improved a lot of areas, but on the flip side, a handful of us understood our value and now work at top notch companies that know what they're doing, are on top of the trends, and now make six digits a year. So I am not even that upset that my time was wasted. The way this company acted, just powered me into a more driven attitude to ensure I help another company grow and be successful. Based on the red flags and lack of refusal to change, I spent 8 months networking with other companies during my employment with Zendo, then made my move at the end. They wanted zero of my help, zero of my feedback, and considered me less than valuable and never worthy of being there.
