Friendly team, great people, nice location, big projects, free monthly lunches. Nice benefits such as health care, cycle to work and remote / flexible working. CEO is approachable.

It's quite remote. Get the impression that remote working isn't favoured. Too little management overall, but management too involved in certain areas. Pay isn't the best. Unstable DIY infrastructure for our hosting means we spend a lot of time apologising to clients. Overall business direction isn't that clear. We've lost good people, leaving knowledge gaps. Support team hinges on one person; if they're off, problems happen.

The dev teams have been in transition and this gives the opportunity to shape the nature and direction of development, so it feels engaging to me. The people are friendly. They care about mental health. The location is beautiful. The projects are fun, can be high profile, and make a difference. You are given a tasty, healthy meal once a month which brings us together. Flexible working hours, with the option to work remotely. Robust technical infrastructure and sound technology choices. Company holiday. Games room and plenty of outdoor space to play sports.

There is room for improvement in dev processes. The location is a bit out in the sticks. There seems to be divides between areas of development that feels a little artificial. E.g. between the in-house CMS dev team, the product dev team (new client work), and the customer experience team (existing client work).
