Your comments were saddening to read, and although they are not an overall reflection of our engagement results or the feelings of the people that I speak to on a day-to-day basis, this doesn’t make them any less valuable. We care about all of our employees and want everyone to feel valued with the ability to bring forward their own unique perspectives. It is clear that this was not your experience and I am genuinely sorry that we let you down.
As a business, we care deeply about continuous growth, partnerships and communities. Our people team work extremely hard with all departments to create not only positive community-driven environments and a strong growth culture but to ensure that we have policies, processes, training and tools in place to support our employees and their development. The points you have raised have shown me that we need to ensure a consistently positive experience for all employees and feedback such as this is vital in ensuring that we get this just right.
I am unable to comment on specific issues regarding individuals without sufficient background. However, I do know that our HR team would have taken your concerns seriously if raised during your time with us or following your exit interview and I will make sure to follow up on this.
Likewise, I will look further into your points about the work standards in some areas. Our delivery teams are built up of extremely dedicated and talented professionals and such examples are certainly not a representation of the brilliant work produced by the vast majority of our employees and the standards to which Zenitech strives to uphold.
Although your review was disheartening to read, we will use this feedback constructively. Please do feel free to reach out to me if you would like to discuss further as I would welcome the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the points raised, and to take appropriate actions.
Once again, we are extremely sorry that your time with us wasn’t an enjoyable experience. We appreciate your contribution whilst at Zenitech and wish you all the very best for the future.
