      good benefits and salary, there are some good leaders and employees still, but losing them continously.

      Cons

      crowded, unorganized projects with very strict deadlines, and no support if you need help, no support for learning anything new.

      Laid back environment Not much stress from internal rules etc Not much bureaucracy Good pay

      No real growth opportunities as you work on the client side but you have no visibility Not many options to raise your salary Placement company more than a consultancy company
