Pros
I loved to worked with team, Internal employee really helpful and they also frustrated by senior management. If you are fresher then you will good hands on windows technologies. If you are looking for change for package then it might be good choice to join. I saw most people join for high package and switch after that , very smart.
Cons
CEO abuse directly to senior manager even in front of employee desk, He doesn't care about employee self respect , he can fire anyone anytime. Manager already frustrated with CEO behavior and they carry forward this to employee . NO recognition for work done, No appraisal policy. HR will never understand your problem, they have own limitation
