Pros
Perks are numerous. The offices are great and well-thought. You have access to anything you might need and even things you didn't even think you needed. Colleagues are very skilled and every idea can be shared, none would be discarded. Everyone is really accessible and it's nice to work in such an environment. The yearly week-long off-sites are just the icing on the cake.
Cons
Really challenging periods from time to time and it can be straining, mentally and physically.
