      Awesome to work with Keith, Caitlyn, and the entire team. We brought in very cool and interesting projects. It's a progressive, collaborative environment.

      Pros

      The founder, Keith Roberts, cares deeply about the message of the company Good people on the team - everyone who is there wants to be there Great quality of work.

      Cons

      Inconsistent leadership -- sometimes it appeared that the founder/president and the CEO had different ideas about where the agency was going. That appears to be resolved based on the outlook shared on their current website.
