1) The work culture is awesome. 2) Policies are employee friendly and reviews from employees are incorporated quickly. 3) One of the best management team which is friendly and easily approachable. Each employee is cared for individually. 4) Lots of opportunities to learn new stuff and grow career wise. You get to work with an experienced and very knowledgeable set of people. 5) The new office space is wonderful and has separate private office space for each employee. 6) Lot of get together are organized outside office hours. This lets people connect with each other in a better way. 7) Office location is perfectly placed just outside the crowded areas of city and at the same time it is close-by to all the shopping centers etc.
