So many! This company is trying to figure out what to do. Training is awful. Management told employees benefits are available after 90 days. NOT TRUE! The software doesn’t work half of the time. The phones don’t work half of the time. High pressure sale to real estate agents. No database just linked to realtor.com. 100% cold calls! They advertise you can make over $100k! NOT TRUE! Junior Account Managers make 10% of cleared business. Unless you hit 20k in sales which has only happened a few times then you make 15%. Revolving door of employees in and out! This company is the sweat shop of this industry. Job seekers beware! Don’t let the nice managers talk you into this SMOKES AND MIRROR opportunity.
