But then the rapid early growth wasn't managed properly and the business infrastructure didn't keep pace with the needs. Lack of Executive visibility and Leadership based in Calgary was non-existent and high employee turnover was evident. Limited training of staff caused many issues with clients

If you like to drink and party till all hours, this is a place for you.

If you dont want to drink with management and party at night, like 99% of normal people, than this place is not right. No fair treatment, effective leadership or communications. Big time favouritism.
