Pros

1. Learning opportunity for fresher(only for first 6 months) 2. Lots of work for QA. 3. Friendly relation between dev and QA 4. Spacious office(Warehouse look) 5. Regular outings.

Cons

1. Lots of partiality and politics, if you are good at that you can stay there as long you want without doing a single piece of work. 2. They don't let you be yourself, even they are talking useless thing you have to agree and blindly do that. 3. Use and throw policy 4. You have to do buttering with lead and manager for hike. 5. Everything get managed from US office. 6. US manager will take decision based on her beloved people, no matter how wrong they are. 7. Use and throw policy: Soon after your dependency ends, will be thrown out, no respect for your achievements. And will be harassed until last day of notice period. 8. You have to be the part of the tea party else you are gone.

Pros

Intelligent co workers, agile departments.

Cons

Ever since the company was bought out in 2016 and the new CEO came in, the company has been going nowhere but down hill. We moved to a shared office space in San Jose and they took away our office snacks. The executive team is mostly located in our satellite office out-of-state, and the executive team located there has no clue as to Bay Area tech company culture and how to run companies here. Since the new regime, there has been an exodus of talent, and only remnants remain of what was once a decent company to work for. If you discuss and agree to something with the out-of-state executive team, be sure to get it in writing, because they will screw you over on every chance that they get. So much for "value our employees, as they are our most valuable asset." The out-of-state exec team are micro managers and want constant status updates instead of allowing employees to be professionals and do the jobs they were hired for. Productivity killer, incompetent project management skills, and a general lack of care for the employees.
