Pros
Good Clients, nice office, flexible schedule.
Cons
Poor management, Pirated Software, and they basically hire students keep them for 3 months and fire them in order to avoid having to give them a salary and benefits. they do offer health insurance, but you have to fully pay for it, out of your paycheck, and it actually cost more than my own personal health insurance.
There is no real teamwork here, its just a graphics sweatshop.
My advice would be to not get too comfortable there, in my time there I saw over 10 employees come and go. the only ones who stay are the main 6 people.
No matter if you're a designer or programer, you will have to do manual work like pack boxes with promotional material, assemble and write info thousands of usb sticks and pack them to ship to the clients. its like a production line.
