It is an expanding IT company that can be a fair first choice for people who are professionally involved in the IT sector or graduates who want to have a young environment where to start working - i.e. programmers, UX/UI and web designers.

Lack of communication among departments with regard to the products' features and updates.

I have had the privilege of working at a company that truly prioritizes its employees' well-being and professional development. From day one, I have felt like a valued member of the team, and the supportive culture at this organization is simply outstanding. The management team goes above and beyond to create an inclusive and collaborative work environment. They genuinely care about their employees and actively listen to their concerns and ideas. It's refreshing to work for a company where your voice is not only heard but also valued.

While my experience at this company has been overwhelmingly positive, like any workplace. So there is no cons.
