Bought a bunch of companies with the hallucination of becoming a market leader; makes no sense.
Cons
Too many people who are dissatisfied. Management team members are fighting among themselves. No clear direction. Rumor is that the company is losing money heavily but not closing new accounts. Too many customers are unhappy with the acquisitions they made and looking to switch.
