      Pros

      Good benefits package including pension fund. Nice work environment. Eventhough I've worked in the medical device industry for quite a few years, I had never learned as much about the industry in general as I'm doing in my current position at Zimmer Biomet.

      Cons

      Sometimes it gets very stressful and one has to be capable of adapting to change as it is a dynamic business.

      Constantly looking to innovate and not rely on past success. Growth opportunities. Willing to take risks and fail in order to eventually strike gold

      Cons

      Excessively Bureocratic; teams exists solely to slow others down and have authority without any responsibility
