Poor benefits and worse management. Management rather fire good honest workers instead of offer help to them with whatever issue or problem. That person had going on and there were a few that died because of no where to receive proper help. Now an medical company should consider the health and wellness of it's own workers before anything else but they never have and aren't interested I and many others believe because it'll effect bottom line
