Bullying, primitive P&P, HR are useless and there is zero accountability for managers and people they do not like. The culture is horrendous but they rely on the abuse so if they don’t like you, and your orient to the abuse they turn it on you and fire you. They blatantly disregard laws and legislation that protects their staff.
