Pros

The sales trips are fun.

Cons

No organization as a sales operation. Terrible accountability company wide. Liars. They make a habit of not paying people when they leave, this is after they hold payment for 6 months(per the contract) terrible company that doesn't do right by people. There are several past employees that are owed 10s of thousands of dollars each. The owner even sent a video out saying that there isn't enough money to give raises.

Pros

Work from home is the only thing

Cons

In my personal experience, Zinga’s was not a healthy or ethical place to work. I consistently witnessed behavior that felt manipulative, disorganized, and deeply misaligned with the values they claim to uphold. Customers were often pressured regarding reviews and complaints, and the internal culture made it difficult to feel supported or respected. Flexibility was promised during hiring, but in reality it seemed to apply only to management. When employees needed to leave a little early or handle personal matters, we were met with pushback, yet managers frequently appeared unavailable, out of the office, or taking personal time during the day. It was often difficult to reach them when support was needed, and it created a clear double standard. Based on what I observed, it also seemed that leadership did not always clock out when stepping away, which added to the sense of inconsistency and unfairness. Leadership frequently shifted blame instead of taking accountability, and the environment felt heavily micromanaged despite those initial promises of trust and autonomy. I heard similar concerns echoed across multiple departments, which made it clear these issues weren’t isolated. I would not recommend working here if you value transparency, respect, or a supportive work environment. Since leaving, a current employee has shared that new computer‑tracking requirements are being implemented, which only reinforces the sense of mistrust and micromanagement that many of us already felt.
