Pros

If one is happy with pretence then the leadership does a good job of pretending to have employee welfare as a focus area

Cons

Bringing in leadership from other countries to lead in India is only undervaluing the local talent and shows the lack of trust and confidence they genuinely harbour for talent in India. India leadership is the only good thing but again they are strongly snubbed and overpowered by global leadership players. Over communicating through different channels and trying to bring in additional leave benefits etc don’t make an organisation successful, people do. However people and their skills are not valued here. They want to keep key/ critical roles in other geographies. The overall culture at Zinnia is toxic due to certain leaders and it stays like it was when it was called SE2. Rebranding has not changed its outlook and it continues to lack empathy and compassion for its people. I would not recommend this organisation unless the top layer is changed entirely. I

Pros

They drive you hard and you learn a lot. Most of these reviews seem like theyve been listed by people who are afraid to put the time in to learn, or gave in under the pressure.

Cons

Learning curve is a bit high, but through conversations with employees you learn a lot.

Pros

Previous CTO was the only pro. And food they get during events

Cons

Office is full of indians, body shopped here. Lack etiquettes. Directors are all Indians with no respect for their reports. Expectations are in the sky while ground reality hits hard and affects customer deliverables. Directors often scape goat their reports while just delegating everything and expecting just nonsense unrealistic goals. Customers now building their own software to avoid the mess here. Only reason they are surviving is because they were early in the game.
