Pros

Entry level associates and lower level managers are great. Paid holidays. PTO if you're hourly. Free LOMA courses.

Cons

Look at the ratings by location. The Bridgewater office was mostly high level leadership, and it was a small office. Topeka has most of the US employees, and the Topeka rating, as of January 2025 is 2.4 out of 5 stars for good reason. The executive level and the one or two levels below execs care more about lining their pockets than they care about their people. They'll tell you how great automations are being made, but they push for said automations to go live before they're ready. An exec once asked why we can't do tests in production. Tests. With real financial accounts. Talk about out of touch. They want to push anything that can't be automated over to India, causing layoffs once a year at minimum. Conveniently, the exec team is almost exclusively based in the US. The company has such a high population of associates in India, yet they made the India CEO an American. Good luck ever asking for a raise. If you do get one, prepare to be laid off as a "business decision." If you're not part of the group laid off, then you'll have to pick up the slack and train the replacement members they hire externally. This place is the picture of crony capitalism. Most, if not all, of the execs have worked with the CEO at prior companies.

Pros

They drive you hard and you learn a lot. Most of these reviews seem like theyve been listed by people who are afraid to put the time in to learn, or gave in under the pressure.

Cons

Learning curve is a bit high, but through conversations with employees you learn a lot.

Pros

Previous CTO was the only pro. And food they get during events

Cons

Office is full of indians, body shopped here. Lack etiquettes. Directors are all Indians with no respect for their reports. Expectations are in the sky while ground reality hits hard and affects customer deliverables. Directors often scape goat their reports while just delegating everything and expecting just nonsense unrealistic goals. Customers now building their own software to avoid the mess here. Only reason they are surviving is because they were early in the game.
