3yThanks for posting this review. We appreciate hearing positive reviews about the Zipster experience, but equally when our current team think there's an opportunity to improve.
While it's pleasing to hear you're growing professionally, we would welcome the opportunity to unpack some of your other comments over a confidential call. Your review only provides your business unit, so it is difficult to understand your specific circumstances. What I would say is that we transparently share our gender balance (i.e. representation of men and women) across all levels quarterly and our gender pay equity and gender pay gap stats on an annual basis.
We have also been pleased to see the growth of our women's employee resource group and to hear their feedback, recommendations and ideas. We are always looking to improve our work in this area and readily take on feedback to improve.
