      I personally don't think it's a con, but if you aren't willing or able to work with urgency Zip likely won't be the environment you'll thrive in

      Company has a great product that customers love. Each person has a lot of ownership and can create their own growth past as we are growing so fast and have tons of opportunity

      If you are not ready to roll up your sleeves then this is not the right place for you.
