Only see cons. The is a big fraud company who do do pay employee on time. You need to earn leaves, you have to spend month and if you complete that you will get 1 leave. Every month you need to earn leaves. Deposit mobile on arriving, if you r late by 2-3 minutes, you salay will get deducted. Strict timing.
Cons
Srict watching you on cam what you r doing, note small things on camera about you, tell u each time what u r doing on camera, dirty cups of tea, coffe. Old coding method s, no code optimisations, dont pick the calls of clients. Because gst is not supported, only one person in support case handlig. No future, of company. Change in policy everytime.
