Toxic leadership, long working hours, delayed salaries, lack of appreciation, poor communication, no work-life balance My experience at Zithara AI was highly disappointing. The work environment is extremely stressful and toxic. The founders display unprofessional behavior and often fail to appreciate or recognize employee contributions. Feedback is usually delivered harshly, often in a demotivating and disrespectful manner. Employees are frequently expected to work beyond official hours (often until 9–10 PM, including Saturdays) with little regard for work-life balance. Leave requests are rarely approved, and salary delays have been experienced by multiple employees. Employee turnover is very high — most people don’t stay beyond two or three months due to the constant pressure and negativity. The management often makes last-minute decisions that are inconsistent and unfair. The only positive aspect was the team — colleagues were supportive and understanding, as everyone was going through the same situation.
