WSM Team Review - Member Technical Staff Zoho Employee Review

This company lags maintaining a good social relationship with its employee. Its not the company's fault .It is totally due to some individual teams viz WSM which is now split into various small team like ADMP, ADAP . They don't care about their new joinees being socially comfortable with existing team mates which is their RESPONSIBILITY to provide a friendly encouraging environment for company's welfare. There are also good teams in the company but a fresher's life cannot be gambled with they are selected to work in.
