Not micromanagement Friendly Good for learning

The people at the company are genuinely kind and friendly, always willing to assist whenever you ask for help. Each intern is assigned a mentor, which creates a great support system. My main mentor, Pedro, has been especially helpful—he never rushes you if you're struggling to understand something and always takes the time to answer your questions, no matter how simple they may seem. During my time here, I learned so much—from how the cloud works to actually building a website, and so many other valuable skills. We also had fun activities outside of work, like going to the beach and learning how to surf (yes, work and play can mix!). And of course, free lunch on Fridays is a definite bonus—who doesn’t love free food? 😄

I personally didn’t run into any major issues during my time here. The experience was super valuable, and I got to grow a lot, both professionally and personally. Sure, like any workplace, things aren’t 100% perfect all the time—but nothing stood out as a real negative for me.
