      Decent starting salary but reaches maximum very soon. Some freedom to make decisions. Very casual dress code and excellent coworkers

      Cons

      No future of growth. The culture is still developing. Senoir management changes their minds daily on issues of importance.

      Pros

      Laid back work environment and dress code. The company is small enough where every knows everyone. On site gym, and decent assortment of snacks are available.

      Cons

      Sometime departments are set at odds vs each other over internal resources. Also while this company is small, they should be able to adapt quicker than the competition, but this does not appear to be happening. It can be like "good cop, bad cop" with management at time
