- For some teams, sometimes continuously very long working hours and extra working days without no extra pay or leave in lieu - Management and senior level technical people don't quite listen to juniors. They are always correct. - Management blindly believes on personal marketing, the person who doesn't necessarily do reasonable work, but advertises him/her self everywhere is the one who are actually getting promoted. - Very low salary compared to market rate, company prefers cheap laboring - The management doesn't allocate sufficient money for team events, outings etc. - Good Technical leadership/vision missing.
