Pros
- Flexible working conditions for WFH - Great culture with great teams who are driven, innovative and engaging. - Chance to work with teams around the globe - Wellbeing & Technology Allowance
Cons
- Salary not at market rate - Close to no benefits, especially the standard maternity/paternity leave for young families, health insurance, minimum statutory entitlements only. - Global timezones (at times) make it incredibly hard to balance work-life. - No clear career pathways developed even after discussions (feels like the last priority in comparison to other projects/tasks).
