Have been working for 2 years, there has not been a single day where I was not challenged to solve a unique problem.
I have complete freedom and independence in the work I do and support from amazing, knowledgeable, humble and friendly tech-team whenever needed.
There is zero politics within the team and extremely strong sense of unity and togetherness personally and professionally. I don't have colleagues here but found some amazing friends here.
We work hard and we party hard too. You may have to go above and beyond which is expected in a startup growing at such high speed.
We all have learned and evolved with the company.
We are not just employees here, we all are owners with company stock. Whatever we work on gets reflected with increased value off stock provided.
The management is impartial, honest and transparent with everyone. We are always aware of whats happening in the company along with monthly detailed finance discussion.
Monthly team-boding activities, parties and frequent team outings are part off our life at zophop(Chalo).
You can be straight up with anyone in the company and point out their flaws. They could have ay designation or rank. Positive feedbacks are encouraged.
