I have never come across any pro's while working here

Everything, there is no structured approach to anything, vision of the company and the core of what it does changes every three days, one fine day you will come to office and realise that company doesn't actually do what it says. No respect for employees , you will be mis treated everyday and founders have no idea what product they want to build. Even if you take the responsibility to make this right you will be asked not to do it and then you will be kicked out of your responsibilities founder will never let you speak even a word You will never be allowed for which you were hired and you will be doing everything except that ,(eg if you were hired as engineer - you will be doing sales for them ) Becuase that what they want . they don't care about anything When you join a startup you already know that there won't be any work life life balance but to this extent where you will be called to office on Sundays just to listen to the new idea of founder all day long. you will always be demotivated with respect to your work and at personal level. They will make lot of promises but never fulfill anything

The company has a young culture. You have freedom to do the job like you want.

No leadership among the leaders. No control. Everything is confusing.
