3. No work during the weekends.
Cons
1. Meaningless work process: As a content writer who wrote couponing content, the daily work requirements gradually became unrealistic and counterproductive for the long-term growth of the website.
2. Low salary: You're bound to get below industry-standard salary.
3. Deteriorating work-life balance: At first, the work-life balance was fine, but at the end of my tenure, work-life balance became a joke. Unrealistic and meaningless work requirements bred unrealistic deadlines.
4. Work on Alternate Saturdays: Tough pill to digest for anyone.
P.S. - Don't expect to work there for more than 2-3 years...
