- Great place to learn as you will be exposed to various functions of the company - Good place to learn SAP - Bosses tend not to micromanage
Cons
- Workload is always high all year round. Company is always onboarding new clients but not increasing headcount, hence new clients are thrown to the team on top of our existing portfolio. - Petty colleagues. There are cases of colleagues purposely outcasting others just because their work is unsatisfactory, asking others to not hang out with them just because they dont like them. When raised to management, managers just turn a blind eye to this and ignore the entire situation. - Lack of progression - Feels like you are always at the mercy of your clients as most clients are nasty and not understanding - Pay structure is very low when compared to market rate. Even for increment - Biasness in the team. Managers tend to favour you more when you are on their good side.
