Pros
Even you handle big cases, the PTSD effect that you get from some Partner is not worth. They will never see your effort despite all the hardwork you've done just because you are not kaki bodek.
Cons
KMT is so problematic and chaotic. Before the interview, you can see how nosy they are by making u uncomfortable with unnecessary questions. When you're in the firm, they act like superiors. No one can object to their decision. They also can change you whenever they want. What is the purpose of having KMT? I don't get it. If they manage vacancies in the firm, it should be done by each department and not by KMT. The Partner of each department knows you better than KMT, but at the end of the day, KMT will decide whether you should stay or not. Useless. KMT shouldn't exist in the first place.
