Some of the colleagues are good and very understanding and that’s all. No other pros.
Cons
- Ashank Garg (the biggest con of this company). A walking dictator who himself is confused because of his work load and takes out his frustration on employees - This guy is the only con in this company because he’ll talk to you according to his mood and when he loses his temper (which can happen anytime according to his comfort), he’ll literally try to put you down, pass personal comments on you and even control you. - This guy has a problem with people who laugh in the office, with people who are lively and he just wants robots working for him that are just doing what they’re told to do. He can’t handle humans and he should be actually running the company using AI because his emotional quotient is zero - This guy doesn’t understand the meaning of human friendships and will always lecture you about professionalism when he actually lacks every single quality of being a professional. - Ashank Garg is the worst leader I have ever seen in a Corporate setting. In fact if the company wants to grow, they should put him at a back end and stop him from interacting with any employees at all because the company requires one thing and Ashank Garg will walk in and require completely something else and then demean and defame and trouble you according to his own will - And after all of the above said points this guy has the audacity to say that he doesn’t like to micromanage
