Cons
More Managers than employees, the company is top heavy in management so it limits your ability to climb the corporate ladder. Most executive positions are located in California but most of the company's business is located in the South, South East & East Coast. Management rarely sees in person the actual damage and risk situtations that the comapny actually insures.
