Small "family-owned" feel with the perks and resources of a larger company. Lots of smart people to learn from (and access to those people). Management that wants you to succeed. Fair pay. Exposure to different cultures and nationalities.
Cons
Company is growing rapidly so expect to wear multiple hats and feel some pressure depending on your position. Some employees "out in the field" so not always aware of each person.
Benefits are okay
Coworkers are pretty good
Products are good
Cons
This is overall a terrible place to work if you're in service or sales.
Because of Glassdoor review guidelines I can't go into detail about how bad each individual manager is so I'll just give general bullet points from my experience working there.
SERVICE
Very little training for service engineers and constantly sent on jobs without training.
Traveling 100% of the time.
Very high turnover which is because of the company and not because Americans don't stay in their jobs like the CEO tells everyone.
SALES
Unreasonable expectations for sales.
KPIS that are not compatible with sales goals.
Commission rate that goes down while sales goals go up.
More concern about activities than actual sales.
Dishonest on employee reviews.
CEO constantly makes bad decisions and blames other people for them. But he takes credit for anything that goes good.
