      - Not much recognition for your job. - Company training are difficult to get. It's lots of self- teaching. - Company is American so don't be surprise to see your colleagues oversee being fired in a few hours.

      Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
