The work environment is unclear and unprofessional. There appears to be a lack of trust among the leadership team, with frequent internal conflicts and arguments. Employees are constantly interrupted by unnecessary questions and micromanagement, making it difficult to focus on actual professional work. There is little to no healthy work culture, and overtime is expected regularly without compensation. The company also wastes a lot of time on excessive meetings and unnecessary reporting instead of productive work.
