Pros

The app is actually helping people

Cons

This place runs a playground, with no guidelines, vision or maturity of high management. They are only looking for yes men, with no option for a feedback, even if they working with guy feeling protocols, and no sense of responsibility for they employees none so ever. They fire 4!! Development managers this year and don't have a first clue of how to run a company, as they have zero experience. Also brought protocols consultant and organization consultant, and just ignored they advised.

Pros

Strong coworkers, collaborative teams, and a mission-driven product. Employees are given a lot of responsibility early on and there are opportunities to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Cons

Morale and talent retention have noticeably declined since the new year, particularly across certain customer-facing teams. Leadership changes and management decisions have created an increasingly reactive environment with frequent process shifts, inconsistent direction, and growing administrative overhead. Compensation and commission structures can also feel unpredictable, and transparency around payouts and calculations could be improved. Many employees have expressed frustration around unclear expectations and a lack of stability, which appears to be contributing to ongoing employee turnover. While there are many talented and hardworking people at the company, stronger leadership, clearer communication, and better people management are needed to rebuild trust and improve employee retention.
