Pros
Some of the people were great to work with, good atmosphere with a positive approach to work, and also good banter. Diversity, inclusion, but I feel this is more down to the individuals I worked with. Overall structure of the company was improving whilst I was there, more auditing and more constructive criticism was being taken on board with improvement of structure and procedures in progress.
Cons
No paid sick days, (they give the standard government statutory pay which is less than £80 a week) No Maternity or Paternity, (same statutory govenment rate) Disregarding of hard-working employees who are going above and beyond their job role. Deceptive managers,/team leaders who will smile at you, and then complain and moan to seniors. Minimal to absolute 0 training. Progression is minimal unless you stay at the company for several years. Also they expect free overtime, to show commitment to role and company Pay for workshop engineers is poor. 1.5x rate can be found in other companies.
