      Pros

      - People are super helpful and most times go out of their way to make sure you get your work done or questions resolved. - great culture. Founders have done a very good job in establishing it and the managers are doing a good job to sustain the culture. Not easy for a growing company, so hope it stays as it is.

      Cons

      - life can be intense, but this is expected from a late growth stage company.

      Pros

      Management is clear with expectations. I've enjoyed working across different teams as well. Being part of a team that is in growth mode is exciting! This is the first time I've worked at a place that is expanding at a rapid scale. While the product was really new to me when I joined, I'm so glad I did.

      Pros

      Good people culture, fast pace, high growth prospect and employees have strong industry knowledge to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Still scaling up and things moves very quickly internally. If you are looking for a place with strong structure and little ambiguity, this might not suit you
