Pros

- Everyone's REALLY good at their craft here and take their work seriously - Everyone feels invested in the success of our clients - Owner/CEO is engaged actively with the staff, is approachable, and puts alot of trust in the employees - Consistent benefits/raises to those that work hard - Work/life balance is on point. Work from home days! - Full of real people with a variety of interests - Everyone is really friendly to each other, feels like a family. - Good overall atmosphere, relaxing. - Constantly churning for new ways to improve - Everyone feels "in the dirt" together, no high paid management/executive staff with low paid production workers like in some other agencies. - Hires based on work ethic and character over skills and accomplishments - Gives employees opportunity to advance their role/department however they want, no blocking ideas. - Health, vision, paid vacation, work from home,

Cons

-Company rolls with the punches, and might not be best for people that need a high degree of rigid structure. - Can be demanding work - Still growing and wages may not be competitive to larger agencies in other cities
