Pros
You'll work with some brilliant, warm, lovely people. About half of the leadership team is top-notch.
Cons
The other half is not. The company overall is sketchy. Lots of lies, deceit, spam, false advertising, broken products, etc. The CEO was very unfriendly, and the CMO, COO, and others aren't much better. Incompetent, rude, amateur. It's like this is the first place they've ever worked. No company culture and no values.
